yesterday we had our small family reunion dinner where mum and dad whipped up their specialities.. it was cute seeing them debate over simple stuffs like when to carry out certain procedures.. and they had an A4 paper with them which was full of chinese words which i assume it is their receipe !? haha.. and the food was simply top notch delicacy.. there was shark fin soup with a whole unbroken slice of shark fin and a pot of stuffs like abalone, prawns, scallops, sea cucumber, cabbage, beancurd skin, duck etc.. when i saw the former dish, my eyes almost popped out and was like ''woa''.. feel cruel coming to think about it.. :( but i'm extremely grateful for having such parents whom are able to coooook so well and afford the ingredients.. my parents ain exactly wealthy as most people think they are.. especially when there are two sets of university fees to pay.. soon.. though when i was slightly smaller i used to get angry with them over small stuffs like cannot go b'day parties esp if there are guys, cant stay over at chalets etc.. but now i understand the reason why.. after trying to imagine if i hav a daughter how am i suppose to discipline her such that she doesnt get too wild.. thank you Lord for putting me into this family.. *big smilez*
p.s. i took a FULL-DAY leave on friday to go back wsss.. it was welcoming to see the teachers and catch up with lijein.. but when i think about how much i lost by taking a fullday unpaid leave, it hurts.. hahhaa..

today is the eve of cny aka chu xi.. in the morning, everyone had difficulties waking up to go market.. my whole body was aching !! comeon, we played mahjong from 11pm plus to 3am plus leh !! and we completed ALL FOUR WINDS !!!!!!! quite rare coz parents usually ''give up'' bfore completing all four winds and since this time, big bro is busy ''protecting'' s'pore, they had no choice but to play.. so in the day, was watching ttv cny 06 where there was 5566, j-stars, S.H.E, wu zhong xian etc.. seriously, taiwan's entertainment programme is soooooo much better than singapore's.. maybe it is b'coz of the handsome artistes they hav over there.. haiz.. then helped mum here and there with some food preparation.. then we went to uncle's house (formerly ah gong hse) to hav reunion dinner.. i love spending time with my twin cousins.. *smilez..

i hav a new green bathroom cloth mat (with a cute bear-bear on it), a new yellow & white striped towel (with a cute bear-bear on it), a new grey pajamas (with 3 bear-bears on it), a new green toilet bowl scrubber, a new ultra-bright colour combination of pink & yellow & blue & green bedsheet (with flowers and butterflies) and a new dress for tomorrow.. *smilez..* i just realise almost everything is like a small girl's room kind of stuffs.. hahahhahahhahahhaha..

o yah.. i jus painted my nails to match my dress tml.. and i will be going to church !!!! usually, becoz of grandparents, i wont be able to attend the newyear service.. but now that they ain on earth........... then again, life is fragile and remember to live your life to the fullest..

imagine God decides to stop the sun from emitting rays.. the earth will be covered in darkness.. and......... you should know the rest.. afterall, you studied science rite ?
